ARRAY Information Technology Awarded Key Position on $500 Million U.S. Air Force ACCESS Contract Vehicle

ARRAY to Provide Management and Engineering Support for the Acquisition of Aircraft Systems and Support Equipment

GREENBELT, Md., Dec 12, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Array Information Technology (ARRAY) announced today that the U.S. Air Force has awarded the company one of the two awards reserved for top performing 8(a) companies, in a multiple-award contract given to 19 companies for a current ceiling of $500 million in task orders over its three-year contract life. The multiple-award contract is part of the U.S. Air Force's Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESS) contract vehicle.

Under the multiple-award contract, ARRAY will provide support in the areas of management and professional support services, studies, analyses and evaluations; and engineering and technical services at Wright-Patterson AFB. ARRAY will supplement government organic resources at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) , the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center (AFGLSC), the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), as well as other Wright-Patterson Air Force Base tenant organizations.

The scope of this program requires an immense breadth of professional skills, including contractor project management, acquisition support, test and evaluation management, security management, configuration management, technical illustrator, facilitator/trainer, financial management, technical editor, manufacturing support and operations research analyst.
